The Colorful Critics
Daisy and Donna were discussing the harvest decorations. Daisy is on the left, Donna on the right.
DAISY: "I just love the colors of the pumpkins...the oranges and the greens."
DONNA: "Sure, they're nice and bright. But, couldn't they have added a warty, or a white?"
DAISY: "I love the addition of the mum and the flag. You?"
DONNA: "It's ok, but couldn't they have picked out a flower with some blooms? Now, we have to wait to even see what color the plant is. Plus...they couldn't have got a bigger flag? Sheesh!"
DAISY: "How about the milk can? I love the rustic look."
DONNA: "You and your rustic! No, no...a hundred times no! Paint it white for some contrast against the dark garage doors. If you want to be top...you gotta have pop!"
DAISY: "So...you don't like anything about the decorations?"
DONNA: "To me it doesn't sing...it just doesn't have the zing."
DAISY: "After talking to you...now I can see why they call you Donna Downer behind your back."
DONNA: "WHAT? WHAT?"
In full disclosure, I only got one shot with the two peahens in the frame...and it was bad. So, I photo-shopped delightful Daisy into the shot of Donna Downer. Don't study it too hard.
