Lit up

Witnessed a high speed police chase today. I was sitting on the bike at Haymarket at a red light, then all of a sudden, a moped flies through at 30+mph, followed a few seconds later by a police car with sirens blazing. Thought that I could easily have witnessed a death in that instant.
