Pass!

My son passed his driving test today. Whilst I was the first to congratulate him, there are a number of Pros and Cons -

Pros
He will, at least for the time being, be happy to run all sorts of errands for me
He's made an important step on the road to independence
I will from time to time be able to get him to chauffeur me

Cons
The novelty will wear off quickly
It's sure to cost me money
I shall worry every time he goes out in the car
He'll nag me endlessly to be allowed to use the car more and more
Whenever I want the car, the fuel tank is bound to be empty
He and Zen dog will argue endlessly about who can use the car

Hmm there must be some more Pros that are eluding me just now...
