Thank you flowers
Gigi was 50 on Sunday. She had a lunch party for close friends and family at her good friend Sheilas. These are the flowers I went and got on behalf of Margie to say thank you for having everyone. I think they are rather pretty and kind of Christmassy too. I dropped them around and had a cup of tea and a chat. I have been invited to pop round any time. Sheila is a very lovely lady.
Went up to the Greats for a bath. Rhona really enjoyed sitting up and splashing. When she lay down she just tried to roll over the other way and ended up with mouthfuls of water! Euan enjoyed his as usual.
Went to rambos for a play, and I gave rhona a cheats lunch. A pouch of pea and pear went down very well and I think she devoured almost half of it before starting with the "i'm tired" thumb sucking. She then had a good feed from me too before having a rollaround on the mats. A mum asked how old Rhona was, then were amazed since their wee one still couldn't roll at seven months.
I have started trying to sleep train Rhona. Last night she woke at 9.30 and I went in and shhd and she was back asleep in 5 mins. Tonight it was barely a minute she was awake. She is up for a brief feed between 10 and 12 and again anytime between 3 and 6. She doesn't like going back to her own bed so I have been doing a bit of controlled crying in the middle of the night. It's not fun but has improved from tuesday night. I will carry on and eventually plan to try drop the midnight feed. Rhona may have other plans!
