THE LAST DAYS OF SUMMER?

As there was a promise of a warm day and Mr A wasn't working in his part time job, we decided to visit Padstow .  Although we have lived here over 3 years we very rarely visit as it is always 'mobbed'.

We managed to get the last parking place in the town and enjoyed an open air shared fish and chips lunch.   I have never seen so many dogs of all shapes and sizes. 

This capture was taken from the carpark of the regular boat that comes in to take people for a joy ride.

Today it is definitely Autumn, leaves falling in the torrential rain and wind.  We are expecting visitors tomorrow and as usual they are bringing more rain.  Last time they were here we all  got so soaked had to change into dry clothes.  I don't think we will be walking far!!

At last it has stopped raining.  Must dash out before it starts again.
