Abstract Thursday - Architecture
I had a few ideas, but in the end it was too wet and miserable to go out, so I turned my attention to the balcony.
This is a section of a large green bottle, reflecting the galvanised iron of the wall.
There are always interesting patterns to be seen.
Galvanised iron was the go to material for much Australian architecture for some time, but I think it might have peaked.
Unfortunately, the architects of this place didn't take into account the heat which would be reflected into the apartment in summer.
Thanks Ingeborg, for hosting.
