Grinlow Wood, Buxton

Beautiful autumn day so we drove into Buxton to discover the town and check out the. Buxton Opera House where we are going to see The Etta James Story next week. We followed this up with a climb up through the woods to Solomon’s Temple, a tower which gives the most amazing 360 deg panoramic view of Derbyshire.

Tonight we went down to the Glossop Theatre to watch an amateur production - good plot, funny and extremely well-acted.
