City morning

Some great light this morning had me reaching for my camera as soon as I got off the train at Cannon Street.  I love this 'corridor' through the new Bloomberg building, too - it catches the light beautifully.

I was invited to a private view of the new 'Modern Couples' exhibition at the Barbican this morning - excitingly, they still have me on their media list after my Instagrammer stint in June - so I popped along on my lunch break.  Really interesting exhibition - well worth a visit.  I only got round half of it in the hour I had, so will have to go back again soon.

Busy day at work, and still not feeling very well.  A cosy episode of Bake Off helped this evening - as well as knowing I'm working from home tomorrow.
