What a difference a day makes.

Today the weather was stunning. Beautiful light and quite warm too. There’s extras from Dumbarton this morning, I was witness in a trial and spent 4 hours in a claustrophobic room before the accused decided he should just plead guilty after all. This is the second time I’ve been involved in a case which went on and on before actually reaching court, a lot of hours multiplied by witnesses from all over, 6 of us, multiplied again by 6 cases from this morning. 4 were rescheduled and two guilty verdicts. I can’t imagine what it costs the country. Grrrr.
