..... Break !!
This friend will be going to Thailand for a month , three weeks from now so thought we'd just have a catch up before she goes .
I saw the GP this morning check on new meds. Having gone through the side effects he feels a lower dose should now be tried , so we'll see how it goes. I've been feeling extremely tired amongst other things . The BP wasn't at all good this morning, and as I'm feeling somewhat dizzy I'm just having a " nothing day"!!
