Corrieshalloch Gorge

Corrieshalloch Gorge is situated on the Droma River 20 km S of Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands. It is 1.5 km long, 60m deep and formed at the end of the last ice age by rapid erosion caused by meltwater. Wikipedia

This is a wonderful place to visit. The Gorge is now under the care of the National Trust for Scotland.
