Why?

Why did I buy him a bigger bed? Just look at the daft dog! At least he provided a photo for the day as I did not pick up my camera till I saw this! Not a good nights sleep and I felt pretty rough all day till I discovered some cold and flu relief tablets in the medicine cupboard in the evening! I managed to get out to walk Oscar in the morning, and come late afternoon I took him up to The Exile to give him a run in her garden! Her house is beginning to look more homely. She's planning a trip to Ikea with party Girl tomorrow but I decided to stay home. They'd both end up with my cold!  We saw Vegan Jo's husband cutting back the willow in Friends garden, and on arriving home I discovered he'd left me a box of lilac logs he'd cut down for me a few months ago! The Exile was collecting the last few things from my house when he rang the doorbell. He had a coffee then accompanied The Exile back to hers to cut down a yucca in her front garden. 
I managed to catch up watching A Discovery of Witches - I've read all three books and the series is being pretty true to them - I do love stories about witches and vampires! 
Hoping I feel better tomorrow!
