Portrait

lt is good to be back drawing portraits.  I really enjoy these weekly sessions.  This one was drawn with my non dominant hand... the light was good, coming in brightly from the sitters left hand side and as the drawing evolved l decided to leave the bright side of the face blank... l  think it makes it rather striking.  Done in around 40 minutes.
