Thirsty anyone?

Still light on my way home from a Badenoch site today, I stopped to take in this spectacle.
I have seen Laggan Dam spilling water before but it always impresses. If you are in the renewable energy (hydro) game this is exactly the scenario you wish to avoid. This water will now roar its way down the Glen Spean valley directly to the sea without its considerable energy being used to impinge on a generator turbine first. I have posted a movie version here:
