Sunrise

The view from my office this morning. It really was rather lovely. 
Its been an office day; trying to meet deadlines etc...

Was seen doing my physio exercises for the first time at work, when someone popped into my office when I was in the middle of one. Oh well. It is really helping - I have far more movement than I had. Just one direction left to sort. My shoulder does ache quite a bit at times, but its so much better.
