My view today......

......as I ate a sandwich after having a deep tissue massage. Trying to alleviate the sciatica & help my back. You wouldn't really believe there is a main road beyond the hedge & then 40 Commando! Quite quiet too except for the helicopters.

It was the local garden centre & I bought some pansies & bulbs with my vouchers! Tomorrows job!
