My wife and I married 185 days ago. A lot has happened in this time. We're a few weeks on from chemo and although there is still side effects,it doesn't hide the fact she is feeling and looking so much better. Her taste is almost back to normal and fancies food again, to her this was probably the worst side effect that everything tasted awful. Her hair is coming back too, be a while before she can plait it though! So good to see her coming back the other side of it all. I don't feel like I'm hugging her broken pieces back together any longer, but giving her a strong hug because now I can.
We're currently on a small holiday in the southwest, Newquay. The picture was taken of a stranded old boat on the Gannel River at low tide. At the time I took the picture I hadn't noticed the reflection in the glass of the beach, I just liked the colour of the patina.
