Monday: Cockatoo

It was a public holiday today, thanks to Canadian Thanksgiving.

We began the day by introducing Tony and Karen to 'Sophie's Cosmic Cafe' for a hearty diner breakfast.  From there, we headed to Bloedel Conservatory to spend time among some live birds, as opposed to the turkey variety.

Back home for them to pack and sort themselves out - I dropped them off at the airport this evening at the end of their 4 week holiday.  Seems like they had a blast and it was good to see them for the last part.
