Roundhay Gardens, Leeds

Travelled to Leeds last night. Originally we were going to have a day out but that wasn't possible today. We had a brief time in the Roundhay Gardens. Gave the camera a test, particularly on the water fountains with some interesting results.

The above photo is the Leeds entry to the Chelsea Flower Show 2009. Obviously it looks much better in summer! It was a glorious day but unfortunately this garden was all in shade at the time.

We're just about to set off to the theatre in Sheffield to celebrate my birthday (tomorrow).

I have persuaded Mum to join blip! It's likely photos will only go on when I am here. We'll load today's when we get back from the theatre.
