Monday: Mahonia ...
Is full of buds and will be in flower in a couple of weeks. The black-leaved elderberry next or it was overgrown so I cut back a lot of the longer branches & they went in the green bin
Planted out little veggie seedlings and some flowers opposite the living room window.
Lovely mild day for gardening.
Just finished hanging the washing on the line when the rain started so had to take them back indoors and put them on the clothes maid.
Rain stopped later in the afternoon which was convenient as I needed to empty one of the tubs of new potatoes, see extra - they were very nice for our dinner. Also collected a few more Hazel nuts, we’ve had a few dozen already this autumn and they taste very nice!
On the extra there’s a photo of another little moth which seems to like being in the kitchen ...
