UFO?

The strange saucer-like object hovered in a sinister manner above the quiet country road - an alien spaceship perhaps, intent on the destruction of the human race? Or just a perfect example of a lenticular cloud - a phenomenon which may well have given rise to many past UFO sightings.

Once again we had gusty winds which produced some very interesting cloud formations. Later in the day I went out cloud chasing, but missed the best formations which I'd spotted while driving. However, I did capture one rather nice set that rather reminded me of a shoal of sky rays!
