RBRR 2018 Day 1

Today was the first of the bi-annual Round Britain Reliability Run which is organised by Club Triumph.

It was originally organised by Triumph as a way of showing that their cars were reliable.  It is now a way of showing off the restoration skills of many enthusiasts and the sheer determination and unhingedness of the same people and their friends.

We start in Knebworth in Hertfordshire, breakfast in John O'Groats on Saturday, then breakfast at Land's End on Sunday and then back to Knebworth by 8.00pm Sunday.  2,000(ish) miles in 48 hours(ish)

AnnieAndChris of this parish also take part.  There are also cars owned  by Reg and Patrick, mutual good friends, and the driving is shared between a team of 8.  The blip is Reg's trusty steed, a 2.5Pi

What could possibly go wrong!?
