A tale of today

I’ve had at least 8 messages from Scottish Power this last week.. some emails, others texts. All the same content - our engineer is coming to install your smart meter on Monday. I phoned them on Saturday to discuss. The messages continued.

‘This morning the message changed. Your engineer will arrive at 8:30. This evening I have messages asking me to evaluate his work.

But here’s a thing, the Smart Meter was installed already, LAST Monday! And no engineer arrived.
