Shades of Autumn

I was on the lookout for some autumn colours today. The best colours were in places where I was not in a position to take a photograph. I eventually went to Hazlehead Park where I found a group of trees with contrasting shades including some autumn gold.

The day was wet all morning and we had the usual featureless grey/white sky. The sky in the picture is a substitute, but looks much nicer than the reality.
