RUNNING ON EMPTY

Nearly missed a cycle ride today as the weather was so poor as T and I met at Ravenscar. That wind was howling. However, we took up the challenge and cycled to Whitby and Back . . . 39.5 KM. Refuelling stops were certainly required . . . First at the wonderful Clara’s on the West Cliff, and then a pork pie for lunch at the Ravenscar Tearooms . . . very grand. More tearooms to come.

As for the dressage yesterday  . . . H was riding Mr Hilton and came 3rd in their class, whilst Mr Darcey was third in his class  . . . grand results all round.
