Blackfriars

I took this from the train window this morning.

We set an alarm on my phone last night so we'd be up bright and early to come home from Center Parcs and go straight to work/school.

The taxi to the station was due at 6:30am. We woke up at 6:25am... the alarm had failed! My phone had updated itself in the night and switched itself off. What a panic!

I can't believe we all managed to get up, dressed and out! And we didn't miss the train.

I have to say that being a family with extra special needs on a commuter train is quite an amusing way to spend an hour or so. We got some very funny looks. Those trains are silent. Mostly men in suits reading papers. No one speaks.... and it's all very grey.
