Water Tower

Cold Bright day today, this water tower in Arbroath was built in 1885, designed in the style of a fake medieval fortress, it was to supply the town with drinking water. It was only operational for 20 years. In 1937 the grounds surrounding the tower were given to The Town Council for use as a Park.

It's been a long week, Hurray for Friday :-)
