Two Mills

It's been a while since I was up and out at sunrise but with a forecast of a clear and cold start, and visitor for lunch an early morning walk was a great way to start the day.

I'd cooked the stew yesterday and with a willing volunteer to peel and chop, lunch was soon sorted ready for my in-laws. We has entertainment from the kids on guitar and flute, so the music practice box has a big tick.

I managed to fit in a run this aft too, whilst having a catch up with a friend.
