'Ere We Go Again

Once a year Southbourne turns into an island and the Bournemouth Marathon runs rings round us, literally.  There is something pleasant about walking to church (can't get out of my road by car), seeing no vehicles except for police motorbikes, and only hearing the thud of feet on the road.
