Out for some fresh air in the morning. Bit nippy first thing. Suitably togged up. Riding in the sun. Just a little breeze. Bright and crisp. 50 miles.

Later there was a mooch down to Morningside for us grown-ups. A few book and CD purchases from the charity shops followed by a teatime pint.
