We went to Dunamoy this afternoon to see my brother and sister-in-law, they live in what was our family home, the house I was born in. This is the entrance onto the road - a narrow country lane really. These cherry trees are beautiful in the spring, loaded with pink blossom, but they are also beautiful now as the leaves change colour.
Dunamoy is a townland, about 3 miles outside Ballyclare, in Co. Antrim. It was a great place to grow up, and I have many happy memories :-)
