Sarah bakes

Through her work, Sarah is involved with the development of a community garden at Kinning Park in the south side of Glasgow. The garden is currently a gap site (or a 'stalled space' in Cooncil parlance) though the community have exciting plans for it that will benefit local residents, schools and charities such as Sense Scotland.

The community group are in the process of raising funds to realise the designs and are holding a fundraising 'Winterfest' event this Sunday. In today's blip, Sarah is baking cakes to flog at the event and hopefully raise some money.
