Continuing the wine-making geometry from yesterday. Go large to see the debris (to be turned into marc, the Occitan equivalent of grappa).

A slightly hectic morning as we'd invited M and D over for lunch. In rapid succession I baked lemon tart, two loaves of bread, and focaccia, and finished making the lentil salad, to which S added some impeccable oeufs mollets. Much more pleasurable chat over lunch -- we'll have to leave it less than fifteen years next time! After clearing up, a leisurely evening at home beckons.
