In a restaurant in Turkey I saw dish in the menu “ the recipe of Hildegard of Bingen”. I listen to music of Hildegard von Bingen and I read a book about her. She was the first person who described and observed “woman orgasm” in history. Owned her own church and had visions.
The food was tasty. It was spicy chicken with herbs and red wine.
