The Maritime Hotel looks a bit better after its summer paint job - you can sort of see what the architect was thinking when the reflections are out.

Busy day - morning in Bantry followed by an afternoon in the garden followed by a very pleasant evening celebrating my  belated birthday and TJ's current birthday at Grove House . Unwisely I had the pistachio alfrego which kept me awake all night, but it was delicious!
