Bureaucracy

Had to go to The Hague to collect my burgerservicenummer (also known as BSN). I'm now officially registered as a tax payer in The Netherlands so I can open a bank account, get health insurance, etc etc. It's taken three weeks to get to this stage, longer than I expected but hey, who's in a hurry? Expat services is housed under the same roof as the City Hall. Quite an impressive space. These ladies were sculpted right outside, on Spuistraat.
