Challenge

I've never cooked pancakes before - they've always looked a bit of a challenge. My Dad used to make very nice stuffed pancakes with a cheese sauce and I purloined the recipe, and I've always managed to persuade someone else to do the tricky bit. But last night I took the plunge, consulted various Internet sources and had a go myself. This was the first one and they all worked a treat!
