I do understand their not so SILLY plight and admire this novel appeal for help. Facing South West, their micro accommodation must be unpleasantly hot and airless.
Some can cope. But I really suffered in the past. Still remember the 1976 heatwave, working for a leading ‘caring’ company, yet expected to sit at a window desk sun blazing on my head.
We have no maximum permitted temperature in the workplace, just *minimums (*or so I thought, maybe not according to this link).
