A school drop off and then out with no fixed agenda other than a bikey kinda roam. 
Through Leith, onwards to Porty and out into the ocuntryside behind Newcraighall / Millerhill / Danderhall / Newton. Up to Ferniehill, a quick swing past the underpass towards Straiton to check Cigs activity (none) and then down hoewards in a more direct route. 
To the bike shop to chat wit hNeill and politely decline his offer of veggie pizza at his birthday bash next weekend (I'm away at another 50th) 

Finally home to domesticity and a few hours of neccesary stuff. 

She eventually worked out she was able to come down; I took a bike to Tesco to meet her; we managed 90 minutes of chicken with grated beetroot / carrots and the mozzarella / chilli / orange / mint / yoghurt thing. I chummed her to Ainslie Park (G's regular Friday transport having called in sick with a knackered foot)

And home to watch BBC4 and view properties for the Spanish bro online.
