Strike up the band

When Hinckley town council landscaped the gardens surrounding the council offices, they decided to put a band-stand up as a centre piece.
It looks very Victorian with its ornate balustrade and roof with plenty of benches for people to sit on and listen to the music.

Unfortunately as yet, there haven`t been any bands playing and the only people sitting on the benches are the groups of kids who congregate there at weekends & holidays.....and this isn`t the view they get either. The benches face the bandstand with a view of the carpark!!
