Thursday: All Red

These magnificent colours were on the Simon Fraser University campus in Burnaby. I was invited to a lunch to celebrate Dr Jane Goodall receiving an honorary degree. So were about 140 other people. But given that I did manage to speak to her a little and I was only a couple of tables away, I shall forever more claim that I had lunch WITH Jane Goodall.

It was Paul and Sharon's last night tonight - they leave for Los Angeles tomorrow - so they took us out for a nice meal to 'West' on Granville Street.
