Interesting angle

Taken from the south facing side of the fourth floor of what to me, will always be Binns. The view across to the top of, again, what will always be the Caledonian Hotel, well actually the Caley... Jings I sound old!
You can see St John's, St Cuthberts, The Castle, the Usher Hall as well... even Argyle House.
Not an angle on any of them that you often see.
I do wonder what this will be next, I suppose it's ripe picking for one of the hotel chains. I'm sorry for the Frasers staff who work here, whose job comes to an end next month and who are having to work in the ruins of what was once a wonderful department store, which was double the the size of what is left and had as much space behind the scenes as it had on the shop floor.
End of an era, a meeting place for couples outside on the corner, and a place where I had one of my first jobs.
