This night time craft fair has featured several times here from 20,000 feet! Now here's a ground level shot...if Helen looks in this is where the netty dress came from!

It's been a fantastic day of work, helping a new Exec team find their 'north' for their hugely exciting journey ahead. The last two days couldn't have gone better, but I still get nervous before kick off! Today, in one of the sessions, I led them on an imaginative journey into the future, it took two and a half hours to travel five years into the future and five years back again...not quite Dr. Who but not too bad!
