Great to have Andrea with us for our staff meeting today. Andrea is at the working end of our Listening Project. Today, she demonstrated how it works and how it's working. We've been up and running for only a short time, but with some fascinating results. And the quality of work is dependent on the quality of the leaders, Andrea is fantastic!
