Western Rosella!

I was so thrilled to see this gorgeous creature this morning!  I was out looking for orchids for Flower friday but when I came across this rare visitor (rare for our place) I couldn't go past him. He was voraciously stuffing his face with the seeds from the wild oats like there was no tomorrow. And then he flew into a tree and proceeded to feed his rather large baby!! See extra.  So gorgeous!! 
 I know - its a BOS but its a gorgeous BOS ;-)))
