Silver Jubilee tree with Christmas lights.

This isn't a special photo - it's a snap taken as D and I walked home from the bus-stop tonight - but the content is special. This tree is one of two remaining from the 25 (?) that my parents planted around our village for the Silver Jubilee in 1977. As you can still it's grown pretty big (surviving an incident with a lawn mower in early life) and every year it has the village christmas lights on it - I think they were turned on just today.

D is really a joy to be with at the moment - his personality, character and sense of humour comes out more every day and we have so much fun together. I'll try to blip him this weekend.
