Today I ran to work, I live eight miles away it was seven miles too far. I m lucky that I run through the countryside. I was like a wet weekend by the time I got to work.
As i type this ten hours later my legs are stiffer than a stiff thing but I m looking forward to going home.
I had an mot at the Docs today he said that I should lool for a new job as I complained about feeling tired all of the time !
I m going to have a recovery beer and some chips that ll cheer me up !
