2000 not out

The crop of cherry tomatoes continues so much that we have decided to roast and store in olive oil. Not quite sun dried by hopefully tasty. The larger varieties are also doing well so fresh tomato or fresh tomato sauce most evenings.

Today we had hoped to have a good in depth discussion about our strategic direction with 2 of the team from the Review of Care. We have a Board strategy day next week and we had hoped to at least sense check that our direction of travel was in broad alignment with the emerging thinking of the review.

Unfortunately illness struck their team so we will have to reschedule.

The released time allowed me to work on reappointments and correspondence - and have a conversation with one of our Board members - Beth - who popped in to catch up.

What it did not do was allow me to check my number of blips. For some reason I thought my 2000th was to be tomorrow but on posting what is now my extra I see that I hit the target today: hence the edit to show a present from 18 years ago.
