Knowing

Eventually got to a job I've been wanting to do for a while.  The carved couch needed fresh preservative so, as it has been dry for a bit (and wetness is scheduled), I gave it a coat of oil.

The towel carved on the the back of the chair had never been a great success in bare wood.  Giving it a coat of white has made quite a difference.

You need to know where your towel is.

Hope it stays dry enough to give the chair and table a dose of oil tomorrow.

In other news, the purple is no longer yellow; beginning to look like quite a nice room.
