.... keeps the doctor away .... usually, but not today!
It's that time of year when those of us who have reached a certain age assemble 'en masse' for our flu injections.

I managed to walk down to the Health Centre in between the heavy showers of rain. I read my book while I was waiting but within five minutes I was walking back up the road.

The weather was much better this morning ..... spells of blue sky and temperature of 16C. Great dog walking conditions.
As the dogs and I began our walk home we spotted the swan family, maw, paw and four weans out for a walk .... I've no idea where they were going but they had certainly left the pond behind.
